Bug/Issue Multiplayer: Game crashes when sleeping and selling items

Me and my friend are trying to play, we are on summer of year 2 and everytime we go to sleep my game would crash, and it wouldnt save. I am now having the problem where occasionally i will sell items then the game will crash. I will post the logs below, the longer one is what happens when the game crashes from selling items, the shorter one is the crash log from sleeping. Thank you for any repsonses!
