MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer (after todays update)

    MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer (after todays update)
    So,
    Steam just downloaded the update for Starbound and when trying to run it I get

    Launcher.exe - system error
    The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

    Anybody else having this issue, Starbound was working fine yesterday prior to this udpate.
