Bug/Issue msiexec

can't launch for some reason > < steam opens this screen (see below) for a moment, it changes my status to playing the game, then closes it and nothing happens.

PS, never played it before, and i'm playing it through steam's family-share.

I'm having the same issue... I was able to play the game before the update.

 

i was told to manually install the thing steam's trying to install, but even that's failing. x.x anyone got the dll's or whatever files i need for it? lol

another fix would be to simply 'repair' microsoft .net framework - i tried that and i could launch it again ^.^ but now i'm lost and i have no idea what to do in-game lol
