So I see the Glad Giraffe update has rolled around. I log in and hop onto one of my characters and beam down to my planet.

I now move slower than frozen molasses moving up a railroad in the dead of winter. :(

What's causing this? I move perfectly fine on my ship, but when I visit planets, I barely shimmy along the ground.

Is this on the starting planet or some other planet? It might be a status effect

No need to quote the first post in an unanswered thread. @Ainzoal

Last I played, I was visiting an alien planet. I logged on and noticed I was moving really slow, so I beam up to my ship and see it's fine. Then I beam to my home planet and it's just as slow as the alien planet. The monsters move as slow as me too.

Hmmm that eliminates the possibility of not having the right nano suit so the planet debuff weighed you down.. Sounds like a bad case of lag. I've been having a bit of that myself on desert planets but other than that I haven't noticed any.

It seems like lag. I visited other planets and it's really slow there too.
The only planets that don't have as much lag are moons, so I'm chalking this up to just too many assets for my computer to handle at once. :(
I guess I have to live on a moon until this gets patched.

Edit: I built stuff on my moon. The lag seems to exist where I build things. Items must suck up a ton of processing power
Then I got hit by a meteor :(
