Closed Mouse won't go to right of screen

I have been trying to read all I can get my hands on regarding this bug. My understanding is that changing the window size may help, and that changing the resolution should fix the problem. Unfortunately, the resolution setting is grayed out and now allowing any clicking to change. The resolution says 1280x1024. I can change the Window Mode from Full Screen to Windowed, but it has no affect on the mouse. I can try to resize the window, but it only shifts it over (not that's needed once the mouse is fixed). My mouse on the normal window seems to be about 2 inches to the right of the mouse in the game.

If it helps at all, I am playing on a Macbook Air with a Parallel Desktop running and Windows 8.1 installed. I have never had a problem with Mac or Windows gaming like this before. Please help!
