Bug/Issue Mouse restricted to small window after resolution change

When I change my fullscreen resolution (while in fullscreen) from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440 (my screens native resolution), the resolution is changed successfully. However, my mouse is restricted to what looks like a 1920x1080 box in the top left corner. Even when I open the steam overlay, my mouse is screwed up. The visual position of the mouse does not match what it's actually clicking.
