Is there any chance of you making it possible to pay with a credit or debit card for us that don't have PayPal and such? I'm sure that I'm not the only one bothered by this so please reply to show your support if you want this too.
Given that Humble is their payment processor, I kinda think that might be out of Chucklefish's hands. Take this one up with the Humble Bundle guys. Disclaimer: I am not 100% certain about this.
I think amazon is a payment option. Sign up with Amazon using your credit card maybe? Or google, if you go that route (like I did). I think the Google one used my card directly...
Oh shit, this reminds me, I had to link my card to my google account when my phone changed the app store from their own android version to googles to be able to purchase stuff. I guess it isn't much of a hassle for me after all. Welp thanks for reminding me I suppose.
Hi there, please direct these requests to Humble Bundle directly. They're handling our storefront, and we have absolutely no way to add payment options at the present time.
You would need to launch a service out of Humble Bundle. Hm... Or Add the Pre-Order in Steam for example.
Unless one's going through Greenlight or Early Access, Valve usually wants something that is complete, already finished with beta stages. And to use Early Access, Chucklefish would need something they're comfortable with releasing right now. Of the options Humble has, I really think Google Wallet is the most painless to set up and get going.
They say Prices of the game may Change when the BETA Start. Then I believe Steam Instant Access will be used there, for they be able to pay the Steam % share.
Yea more payment options would be nice (it would allow more people to pre-order thus more money for the Dev's) and also being able to pay with a credit card would be nice, (i have not pre ordered for the reason they have no credit card option)
This. If I remember correctly it's similar to steam. Just write down your credit card info and confirm an email.
You know you can pay using PayPal without actually using a PayPal account, if that was the main deterrent of PayPal. I use PayPal all the time and I've never created an account.
