The Novakid race is probably my favorite race in the whole game because they are pretty much stars in a humanoid form. The reason I am writing this suggestion thread is because the Novakid race has very little NPCs, the only actual NPC being the barman tenant spawned by the colony deed using saloon themed furniture. I think that on specific planets (mostly desert planets because the Novakid is themed off of the wild west) the Novakids should have small little settlements where you can interact with them and buy cool new weapons and other Novakid themed merchandise.
Is a good Suggestion Cheese, but the Novakid race is relatively new in the game, now they are focusing on Hylotl, building they villages and dungeons, of course the Novakid, need of an upgrade too, at least until they are the subject of the next expansion.
Of course, the Novakids tend to keep to themselves since they have a short term memory and a short attention span, so the small villages wouldn't be as plentiful as the Hylotl which are basically on EVERY ocean planet I go to, they would probably have a 1/15 on any desert planet, or once 1.0 comes out, a mixed biome planet.
