RELEASED Monkeypex for v1.3

All the mod does is edit the image for the body of the Apex and for Lana to add tails for those who want a more monkey-side of the ape-like Apex!

Since all it does is edit the image files, it is very unlikely for this to get outdated - thus, the version string will be used to keep track of the main current game version so it doesn't get stuffed into outdated mods.
