Mods you DON'T wanna see

Hopefully, with the advent of vehicles, your mech dreams will come true. One of the revealed hylotyl vehicle does look strikingly similar to a mech though.

See but thats a legitimate complaint, most people are just like, "I don't like ponies, no mod for you!"
But with starbound its not going to be everywhere, and we cannot put ponies in your game, or my game for that matter as I don't plan on using any of that crap, ponies in sci-fi don't want

The only mods I don't want to see are ones that allow people to troll public servers. That's it.

 

I find content mods acceptable if they stick to the tone of the game and try to stay close to the Art style.
That was my problem with most of the terraria mods. The sprite work for custom weapons and enemies was just all over the place.

 

i dont want to see a trap mod or something to annoy people, but i wouldn't mind if someone made a MLP mod but only if its subtle not like all humans are ponies

Its not that i dont WANT people not making a certain type of mod, its just when that certain type of mod becomes SO popular that you can't find certain other kind of mods easily. See: skyrim nexus. Packed full of skimpy female armor mods. At first i had no problem w/ it, but after awhile it just got annoying as fuck. Just me .2 >.>

 

Anything copyrighted

 

The only mods that i don't want to see are those that come with a virus/malware.
Those can go to hell along their creators.

 

Anything the wasn't well planned, unfinished, imbalanced, ugly, etc...

It should look polished, like the developers could have made it.

I also don't wanna see any Cheater Mods that people use to take all fairness outta PvP. Earn your victory or no respect for you!

Lastly, hell no to Mods that add vulgar stuff, like graphic (Male) nudity...

Thank goodness for the being able to choose not to DL & use Mods.

Mods I do not want to see? Since I wont install mods I do not like I won't care. But I would hate to see any mods that become like wildfire and take over 90% or more of the multiplayer servers. This drives me nuts. I tend to prefer vanilla based servers. Finding vanilla servers in TF2 was a pain a few years back. Nothin but custom servers with a limited list of maybe 6 2fort vanilla ones. I would hate to see MP servers in this all become the same mod if I ever had the desire to go out lookin for a server to play on.

 

MLP mod,sorry but if there is something as overused and done in almost any game(mod),image,video,music after zombies it would be that, as some said I wouldn't want this to become the addon list of Gmod.

 

Silly Inco, this is about mods you do NOT want to see...

I mean, I'd want to see that. It would be satisfying to see them kill each other off.

 

I would hate to see a mod that tones down difficulty like removing hostile mobs and making friendly structures spawn everywhere. That takes the fun out of the game, you wouldn't have any obstacles

 

"Chucklefish team NPCs/Players" mod. I hope that'll never happen, but it's okay if there's dev team npcs in-game as easter eggs though.

 

Heh, I bet it's going to be one of the first mods for the game.

Why not? I would love to have my own personal Molly locked in the basement, I would keep her near my pony plushies.

Anyway the whole "I don't want to see X as a mod" is silly in my honest opinion because you don't have to download these mods, it's not like someone is going to force you to get them. Just let them be, it's not like you'll be even able to do anything about it anyway.
