Most of the mods are client based anyway, but yes if all parties have the same mod then yes it will work.
I know most of them are client side, but things like player ships will not work only form client side as much as i know.... But thx. ^_^
Changes to player ships work only from client side, they won't see the image you make, but they'll see the ship layout.
