RELEASED Modder Util: Custom Death Sound System

Heya folks!

I've designed this addon very recently as a utility for modders who make races. This system enables your species to have custom death sounds, and implementation couldn't be easier!

To leverage this mod's capabilities, simply edit (or patch, but preferably directly edit) your species file to include a `deathNoises` key in the JSON data. This key is virtually identical to the `ouchNoises` entry except for that it should store death sounds.
