Hello, I was planning to make a ship with the customizable ships mod, but than I thought, why don't I just make my own skin for a ship. So I did research to figure out how to make them, and I did it! I have a problem though, when I go to load a newly created character to test my ship it refuses to load. I get "Client-Server connection no longer valid" I used star creator to make the ship. Just to be clear, that issue is usually the case when you join a server that does not have the same mods/files you have on the client. So are you attempting to join a server, or are you trying to play single player?
loading onto single player you don\'t have too, but it would mean alot if you tried it yourself. Im still getting sue to modding
I did some REALLY bad things, but it works. The game expects the structure to be called "dropship.structure" so I initially had some freezing... But all is well.
