Modding Help MOD UPLOADING ERROR (not workshop agreement)

Hello, when I make patch I forgot to press "Reset steam mod information" (I working on pattern of another mod) this has led thet to I had been given mod ID of another mod, which is not mine, and probably triggered some kind of defensive reaction, and when you try to upload something mod flies out error.
how can I fix it?

Clicking on reset steam mod information should work, or removing the steam id from your metadata file.
