Bug/Issue Mod Uploader tool doesn't correctly escape quotation marks

    I had an issue with my mod where I used quotation marks in the description when uploading to the workshop and it didn't escape them when it saved the description string to the metadata file. This causes the game itself to crash with a vague error on startup.
