MOD-TUTORIAL 5: How to use "Ghouls Modmaker"

hmm i just tried it...
is the projectileType and projectileName the same? it should be..
if this won't help what does the starbound.log say about the weapon?

i'll fix and reupload it...

When I craft my gun its just a perfectly generic item.

 

well put the mod into the Starbound/mods folder
on default it is set to "plain" that means you can craft it anywhere without crafting bench...

what does the starbound.log file say? have you used the version from a few hours ago?

 

lol im dumb i miss spelled legedary and that made the gun not apear

 

But btw when i shoot something aka a monster with the gun i made the game closes. :c what could i do

in the starbound folder there is a Starbound.log file in there(you can open it with a text editor) you'll see error messages and in there you can look after your itemname...

 

I dont have the Start.bat... SOMEONE HELP!!!

Ok nvm again I got it to work...

 

Everything is ok, but when I click to shoot my gun the game crashes. Here's my log file (I copied the log file from the beggining to the end,so it's really big :S): http://pastebin.com/iNzaJPnK

 

hmm it says there is a problem with your wav file... (the error sounds like some wrong codecs or file structure xP)

could you upload your modfolder? then i'll take a look at it...

 

I fixed it, I was using a wrong sound effect xD. But now my problem is: I click to shoot my gun but the projectiles don't appear. My mod file:

 

yep just saw the problem in my code but im already on it to fix it... sry

 

ok i just fixed the bug now it should work fine...

(just redownload "StarboundModmaker-v-0-3.zip")
