To explain on this what I am looking for is the ability to spawn NPCS with very low or 1hp and does not move at all. These npc's only purpose is to just stand in one spot and that is it. I have no idea on how difficult this would be and if anyone would want to create it for me that would be great! Although if it is easy and I should be able to create this myself please let me know although I do have no modding experience. The reason why I would like this mod is for a DnD thing that I'm trying to get running again. Thank you for your support and I shall anticipate your reply.
Extremely simple. Create an NPC simply by copying one of the existing ones' .npctype code and remove all of the scripts.
