RELEASED Mod Portraits like anime style

i just cant figure out how to install it
ive been trying for hours

 

To install, what you want to do is go into your game folder. Most people play through Steam, and so the folder you're looking for is likely "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Content". Inside that folder will be various other folders full of various game files. We want to go to the folder called "Portraits".

Inside this folder is all the game files for the character portraits in the game. I'd suggest making a copy of these, and saving those copies in another folder, just in case something goes wrong. I have a folder on my desktop where I keep my original files for Stardew Valley.

Now, all you really need to do is take the modded character portrait files, and paste them into the game folder. Tell the system to over-write the existing files.

And with that, you're done. The next time you load the game, your character portraits should have been replaced with the modded ones.

 

I'm guessing these are still unfinished at the moment?

 

Just wondering if an updated download has been made for more characters? Or if there is a similar mod with all characters?

Hi.. Im using all the sprytes here for females, but some of those doesnt match with the character in game.. Does someone know if exist some file to match this portraits? thanks

Is this up-to-date? Are there any mods like this that are up to date if not?
Also I am new to the community, what are some must have mods I should get

Feel free to look around and see which ones you like, also look at all the pages of the mods since often times there are posts containing updates on the portraits. Oh and welcome to the community =).

I overwrited them over my other anime one
They both look great but this one won just by a tiny bit, but the male ones with the other fits perfectly

Currently trying to make a seasonal version for Penny, since I really like toonyoza's art style on her, just clothes variant tho
if anyone wants an unofficial toonyoza Penny version seasonal clothes for the seasonal outfits mod, just ask, still unfinished tho, might take a day or three as I don't have time
