I don't really mind the 16x32 one even though the 24x32 one looks amazing.

 

While Akashi as Maru works well, I think it might be better if you make Robin into Akashi and Maru into Melo- I mean Yuubari.

Alternately, Kirishima as Maru to make glasses goodness.

I'm not actually a touhou fan because I only know English, but these are really cute. I played it for a brief time, and the bullet hell was fun, but I didn't understand the story. xD
