Resolved Mod Item Causing Fatal Error: HELP! :(

So I've been playing on a modded server that uses the "Avali (Triage) mod" for awhile now with no problems. It wasn't until i tried using an "Avali Grappling hook" for the first time that caused me to go into a loop error. Once i relogged, i must have equipped the bugged grappling hook because it kept sending me into that error loop. After a couple more attempts, it now crashes entirely and gives me this message:

I remember in the loop error exception or whatever it is called, it mentioned something about the animation of the grappling hook. Unfortunately I didn't get a screen shot of that one and I can't seem to recreate the scenario because i now only get the above error and crash when I choose that certain character again. All my .BAK files are in the same boat.

I am certain it is this particular item being in my inventory and equipping it to my hand which is causing this error. I wonder if there is a way to delete the particular item from my .playerfile. It has to do something with it being in my hands because this item has always existed in the crafting tables, i just never made one until just now and now i have this problem.

Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this? I tried looking for the item myself but i only have notepad and i have no idea how any of this works. Can someone please help me? Thanks

Known issue, fixed in the dev version. I just haven't been able to get around to QA, plus there's some more errors that I want to fix up before I push out an update.

Oh thank you so much. I'm glad to hear it is being addressed. Do you have any idea as to how long you think it'll take to go live?

 

However long it takes me to get off my ass and fix those other errors then test it all.
