Mobile Bugs and mishaps with magical disappearing items

How come every other item i "donate" to museum it disappears? also the magical disappearing storage crates? on top of the disappearing donation my crates that i place in areas are disappearing with all my items in it ? also why hasn't the mobile game (excluding from touching the darn screen) come up with a way while using a controller to deposit stacked items in the shipping bin or even taking it out of a storage container one at a time like the ps4 and xbox?
