Bug/Issue Missions played on friend's server...

I played some main missions on a friend's server, thinking I'd just be able to do all of mine on single player. When I played by myself I was far ahead on the missions, but don't have anything from the rewards (Ex: all of the shops are closed in my server because it skipped that mission)

How do I fix this? Is there a way to replay missions? Should SAIL allow me to do that?
I'm not done with the campaign portion, so I'm not sure if I can only replay stuff after I finish the campaign. Pls help!
