Bug/Issue Missing Textures after being opened

After opening the game up it takes at least a minute or two for all the textures to go missing and only White squares remain with all text gone. The game was downloaded off of steam (Latest build as of 8th August 2018) it has also been reinstalled and the same thing happened. I reopened the save files they were both were the same white square textures.
My computer is a hp laptop with i5 intel core CPU windows 7 professional Ram 4 GB 64 bit

I am unable to upload both save files but I hope this helps

 

It looks like a problem with the graphics card, not the save file. Make sure you've got the most recent drivers.
