Missing Executable (Starbound Unstable Edition)

So I'm not entirely sure what to make of this. I've gone to the help section on steam to try to figure this out but none of support details seem to actually BE helping. I've accommodated my virus protection programs to allow for the launching of the unstable version, but it still just comes up with that very same message... "Missing Executable."
I'm just getting kind of bummed out by it is all, and I need some outside source help. Anyone who knows what to do about this or have ANY ideas please let me know
