I don't fancy my chances against the Virorbs, but I figured I might as well throw some sprites at you guys. Introducing... MISSILE FISH From left to right, top to bottom: Template - Normal - Angry Blueshifted Clownfish - Robonic - Glass Topped Chequertail Arctic - Sleep-Deprived - Ghost Rocket These mildly fantastic cyborg creatures are completely harmless and docile when encountered underwater, and can even be tamed. However, if they spot something trying to enter the water from above (a player, for instance), they leap straight up into the air, spin in place until they point directly at the offender, and fire themselves at their target in a suicidal blaze of glory! Demonstrated below in the form of really bad MS Paint art. Also they breed like rabbits which is why they're not extinct yet. The fry hatch with cyborg bullet fins. ???
