Bug/Issue [Minor] Unpause when inactive click through windows.

So sometimes I like to alt tab out to respond to a steam message or find a new youtube video to listen to. I'd like to be able to let time pass unless I explicitly pause the game by tapping E. However when I turn off pause while inactive and I click on something over the game. The game reads the click anyway.

For example:

If I were to close the window in this picture, it would toggle pause while window is inactive back off

To clarify, only mouse inputs are read. Controller and keyboard inputs are ignored while alt-tabbed with this option on.
