Closed (Minor bug) Ship ghost block

As you can see marked by the red circle, i can't place any backwalls there. It's a superbly minor issue, but therefore probably not hard to fix right? I'm not sure on what tier I am, but i got this after killing the penguin mech boss.



Also marked by the green circle is also a very little, yet annoying detail. Maybe you could make it so it would cut off or something? But this is optional.

Also, I would really like if the devs made it so, that after the ship upgrade 4,5 or 6. The fuel/locker/S.A.I.L etc. were removable.
