Bug/Issue Miniknog Mission Bug

Hello. I'd like to report this stupid bug I found while doing the Miniknog mission.
So, I wanted the translation wheel, so I went through the entire mission, but at the end, something strange happened. I was fighting Big Ape, and I died due to a mistake on the last phase. When I came back, for some reason, Lana Blake kept repeating the dialouge she said at the start of the missions. (About getting to the tunnels). I could not leave, as the door to the next room was strangely not able to open. I said there for awhile, then gave up and beamed to my ship. I still don't know why it happened.

I couldn't get it to happen a second time, sadly, but I only tried once more. My computer runs Windows 10, and is is 64 bit. I also have a couple pictures, if needed.
