Minecraft or Starbound?

What game do you like more? which one is a better game?

this is a very tough decision for me!

I'm gonna say Minecraft AT THE MOMENT because i haven't played Staround.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut Starbound looks like it's gonna be epic as well!

 

I don't understand what the question is. Which is better? Which have you played? Which one do you want?

Voted 'I don't know' because I don't know what I'm being asked. Unless the question is 'which game is better for building large, phallic-like structures'.

 

I think your answers might be a bit biased considering that these are the Starbound forums.
But, eeeeehhh....
I'd say Starbound.

 

I've played Minecraft to the point where I'm sick of looking at it, so STARBOUND!!!

 

If you're asking which is better, there are multiple reasons this is a stupid question.
First being that this is the Starbound forums. This is obviously going to be very biased.
Starbound isn't released. There's no way to know.
Minecraft is much, much different. The ability to build things is not similarity enough, considering many games now contain this feature in one way or another.
oh and minecraft is terrible

Well.. I can play Minecraft, so Minecraft.

 

Starbound just because there's a lot more to do. Minecraft gets really boring after a while

 

Considering we haven't played starbound yet it's a bit early to say which is better. Technically you'd have to say minecraft since you can actually play it. It's hard to like a game you can't even play... Plus minecraft has been around for a lot longer than starbound. In three years after starbound has been out you should ask this question again.

 

Hard to compare a 2d game and a 3d game especially when Minecraft is pretty much the sandbox king right now, you shoulda put "Terraria or Starbound"

An 'I don't know' seems appropriate.

That's because there are tons of fanboys here. It's the Starbound forum, of course there will be more votes for Starbound. Go on the minecraft forum to ask this question and you'll get a different response.

 

Considering only one of the two games is out and playable... This thread is invalid.

 

I'm going with the game that actually exists right now.

Dude, why? How can we possibly answer this is none of us have even played a nanosecond of the game? Dumbest poll I've seen in the last 30 seconds. (Still, I'm leaning towards Starbound based off what I know, but it's still not fair)
