Flappi I think I need a name for this ore, it is just... ore. It is heavy and I don't really have a clue what it's used for, please experiment this for finding out if this is useful.

 

Oh, that's Crothalium. It is used in the design of rockets and it's main purpose is to force it to one place at a fast speed as well as having a hard surface for a nasty explosion to follow.
Crothalium is currently in use in our storage now and I will test it with Yuthesion.

I'm partnered up with a Magical Pony. He makes my ships. My old ships were made of wood, so, his are a vast improvement. I figure having the rights to your tech would prove beneficial to me and my rainbow bud. Whatever it takes to get those rights - whether it be owning a portion, or buying outright.

 

You could hire my best mechanic/engineer/space-ship maker, Flappi. He can also give you rights for some of the tech and ores. If that's the sort of thing you want...?

What do you mean by publicly or privately owned? That I own it by myself, if that's what you think well no, I own it with Flappi.

 

Well, privately means there is one or more people who both own it, and run it. It means you aren't answering to investors.
Publicly means that people can buy stocks, and thus, own a portion of your company. You would have a board of directors who would look out for these investors, and you would answer to them somewhat.

What you're telling me is that you are privately owned. It means that if I want to take over your company, I can't just buy up all of your shares... I have to either ask nicely, or have a gun in my hand. I decided to ask nicely.
