Menu option button not responding

Hey guys I wanna asking for help, the story began after I put a few mods on my smapi and then suddenly the menu button to see stats, maps, settings etc. suddenly didn't respond, then I had to delete some mods that didn't work and the results remained the same, if you know how to fix this bug please tell me

The Raphtalia mod seems to be broken due to a missing file, which is crashing the game menu. Try reinstalling the mod or deleting its config.json file to fix that.
