Introduction The Shakar are a race with great knowledge. They had one of the greatest civilizations seen in this whole galaxy. It didn’t come from nothing though. They were once very primitive, made small houses of rock, or lived in caves. Then, they discovered the Khi crystals. The Khi crystals are magical in essence, and would lead to the Shakar race having their brains extended, made them think by themselves, and later on get very very clever. They used this knowledge and power to build their civilization. However, eventually, their race was led into a great darkness by what had also given them power. They got corrupted from too much Khi energy, and were driven mad, so mad they started killing their brethren, started pillaging villages. So the still sane high council among them decided that they would evacuate the planet with all the sane, and try to find a refuge, a new home for their species. Description Their culture are very close to that of the Greek culture. Their structures resemble Greek as well, and even their clothes too. Their skin vary from dark blue, to purple, to sometimes almost white. They have 2 big horns coming out from both left and right sides of their head. And they have a big forehead. They look something like this. I’ve made a bunch of sprites for different categories. Here’s some of them. Furniture They often use stone and gold as their building materials. As can be seen on almost all the sprites here. They also often use golden paint on stuff like cloth. As can be seen on one of the chairs. The purple one is just purple cloth Pots They are quite fond of making pots and selling them (they are great traders and have huge markets) They have perfected this proffesion since their primitive ancesters started making these with simple dark clay. Various Decorations Here you can see the crystals. The purple crystals are the Khi crystals. Which hold a lot of power. The bright white ones are the same crystals, but totally drained of all khi. There's also some consoles for decorations. and other various stuff like tombstones, both in stone, but one of them with golden paint. Plants from their homeland Their homeland was a huge jungle-ish planet, but it also had big sandy and hot deserts. Their starships console and interior etc These are just the simple consoles and other various starship stuff And that is all i've got for now. This is similar to an idea I had floating around in my head--except Roman rather than Greek. It's a nice suggestion, but it needs to be expanded upon. You haven't explained much about inter-racial relation, their general lore, etc. You don't explain what the Shakar do after leaving their home planet. You don't really explain their technology level, aside from them being intellegent. You made amazing sprites, but the suggestion itself needs some work, if you know what I mean.
