I'd imagine that most of the food that's consumed by a Parfelian's suit would fuel the suit itself, with some of the food being processed for the little Parfelian itself. They may eat less than us overall, but pound for pound, they may eat a lot more due to having a higher metabolism, not unlike mice or rats.

 

I normally avoid this subforum because of all the silly ideas and given that I personally believe that Starbound has already too much forced cuteness and wacky stuff and I strongly dislike personal plugs and Mary Sue I certainly would avoid most of the stuff suggested for races/npcs/mobs. But this idea I would support.

'Why?' you may ask? Because as much as possibly creepy, it's simple - when I'll be playing, eradicating too-silly-to-exist worlds WH40K' Exterminatus style, I want to meet this race as headshots performed against them would be very satisfying in their gory 'little furry bodies torn apart with shrapnels into tiny gibblets' way - a thing that normally isn't of much worth to me, but certainly would help balancing all the rest of overbundance of sillyness and cuteness in the galaxy.

On a more serious note - I can commend originality and talent in art, but I think we already have more than enough races that seem more appealing to me than this one.

Great ideas and concept, silly and fun, but strangely serious at the same time.

I love cats and mech suits. 1000+ if this isn't atleast referenced in the game my eyes will fall out from crying

 

Actually, this is based of the "Cat mech" randomly generated monsters in Starbound. They technically are already 'referenced'.

 

This is beyond impressive, however, I feel it's style is not entirely captured in a 16bit pixel-game.

Still laudable work! Truly talented.

I feel bad :/ people down voting it because its a "furry race" at least thats what i assume. I think its one of the best suggestions out there.

 

What a well designed concept! I would love to see this race in game eventually.
