Race Meet the Monophytes

Like the idea alot. I think it would not fit in the game. It would be a great idea for an addon/mod.

 

I am the only one here that thinks they are really cute and wel done, well-using the creator's creativity? I like them.

 

Kinda like a gloved lightsaber, with blades extending out more the more advanced it gets.

I would like having a somewhat disturbing race in the game and I think this could definately be it.

 

this person has the right idea something creepy but yet playable is needed!

 

Sukia... does it again... so how do these guys interact w/ the other eye planet creatures from you other works as you mention they are from a Vis planet...

 

They don't. Keep in mind that while they are from the Vis Planet, I don't really want them both to be directly related.

I really think it could help flesh out your stuff and draw some more attention to them.
I'd honestly be interested in sitting down and just reading one about the Monophytes.

 

Nice idea, I love the one-eyed monster feel.
The weapon idea is also really neat.

Would we ever find out what alien species abducted them?
You should create an npc monster to match their back story.

 

i really like this race even though i probably wouldnt play as one im certain someone like my brother would love a race like this as it has a nice creepy/demonic feel to it

 

As much as I love your work on the Anodynes I would prefer to have these over them, one race of

celestial beings is enough for me, But I'd love to see either implemented. Great Job!​

You are filled with so many good ideas, Suika. I'm surprised you haven't pursued a job in the industry yet.

I hope Tiy considers this race in the future, or possibly as a future stretch goal. I love the vampiric-y vibe they give off.

Idk I didn't see them in a creepy cute way just like plain old cute. I just don't know...

 

well i see more of the creepy in the lore the creepiest part of them is perhaps there feet (in my opinion) but even thats kinda normal if you compare them to some primates feet so i think most of the vibe is coming from the lore more then the design though there are plenty of design parts that are creepy(body covered in eyes, demonic looking horns, ect)
