The Klonui are a race of synthetic creatures created by an advanced alien race whose motives for their creation are unknown,they give themselves number codes for names,e.g XC-12,RT-99,FF-58. LORE: The creatures only known as 'THEM' came to the planet of Kolu where they began to harvest organic materials.Using the known-ledge they had they created a group of 900 synthetic alien creatures,known as the Klonui. They deposited this race under the surface of the planet,where they began to thrive under the many rocks and stones of the world.These creatures reached a point where they no-longer needed their creators to reproduce,and as such they disappeared,never to be seen again.The Klonui,abandoned by their creators,rapidly increased their scientific knowledge.A group of the Klonui wondered,what WAS above them? With Goverment funding,these creatures sent a group of brave explorers to the new world,when they reached above they were amazed! Right in front of them was a group of USCM soldiers,to whom the Klonui quickly introduced themselves to,explaining all about their culture and their creators.The humans in turn told them all about FTL technology and the worlds beyond their planet.Excited,the Klonui explorers where quick to tell their species all about what happened,development on the first spaceship,named the 'KEV Origin',took place shortly after.The ship was given a few finishing touches before the great day of the launch (Which was quickly followed by lunch).Where the first Klonui made it into space,rapid development of these ships began,making them a space age civilization. APPEARANCE: The Klonui are white,though sometimes other colors like black,brown and grey.With thin hair like strands of fur on top of their heads which can be all kinds of saturated colors.Their legs a skinny and end in small,black claws,their arms are similar.Due to the darkness of the underground, their creators designed them to have slightly glowing eyes,however the glow is very dim.Their heads have a slight muzzle with a small black nose resembling one of a cat's (this isn't a group of space cats by the way!) and a pair of long fox-like ears on the side of their heads at a angle that make them face forward. ARMOR/CLOTHING: For some unknown reason,the part of the armor for the body/torso is shaped like a toilet roll with no paper and as such,is rather bulky.the armour and clothing of the Klonui are famous for the fact of their glowing shapes and patterns. (Like this: ) According to reports,when asked why their stuff glows,the Klonui simply replied "Because we like glowing stuff.".The inside of the clothes/armor is made of soft,silk-like materials that insulate the heat.While their helmets are shaped like their heads with glowing visors on the front of them with a simple GUI for them to use for navigation and control. TECHNOLOGY: The technology which the Klonui have is hard to pin point.As such races call their technology 'Clonepunk' as it seemingly belongs to the Klonui only.Their weaponry is usually large,powerful guns or laser swords which,you guessed it,glow.Their ships are usually long,sleak and streamlined with weak weaponry but are agile and nimble with good defenses. BIOLOGY: The organs of a Klonui aren't technically real,as they are a synthetic race.But they have the basics,lungs,hearts,ect. And are frail and weak,as such they are usually wearing their clothes and are nearly never nude.They have no reproductive organs,this is because they just create other Klonui.The bones of a Klonui are less stronger then a humans and can easily be crushed if your strong enough,however they are one of the smartest species in the known universe due to the size of their brain,which is nearly bigger then a apex's,but are slightly smaller. CITYS: The Klonui are a underground dwelling species,with large tunnels and citys under ground.Their buildings are usually tall to save space.Their homes are tall appartment/flats with each one of them having a room with the basic essentials,the area above their coloneys are glass domes for them to observe the stars or sky.They have games and arcades for entertainment and also light shows,which are a popular attraction for tourists. VIEWS ON OTHER SPECIES Humans: The Klonui like the humans as they are the ones who introduced them to space. Apex: Apex's are slightly feared by the Klonui due to the fact they want to know how they developed as a synthetic race Avians: Many avians believe that the creators of the Klonui is infact,Kluex. However the Klonui deny that their creators are one person who is a avian god. Floran: The Klonui usually wear armor when around a floran,though many florans find that they are rather tasteless and do not make a very good meal Hylotl: The hylotl respect the Klonui as they too do not like violence and will only use violence when absoulutly nessecary. Glitch: The Klonui are confused about how the glitch aren't usually sentient. Novakid: The Klonui are yet to meet a Novakid. PLAYER LORE: You are a Klonui scout,sent to search the area for any species to make contact with,however during you exploration you are assualted by space pirates,who blow out one of your engines and destroy part of your ships,you manage to fight them off but are caught in orbit around the planet unable to escape,only armed with a matter manipulator and a sword you have to return to the uncivil days as you fight for your life. NAMING SYSTEM: The Klonui's naming system is usually just 2-3 letters (XZ, YU, BK, DD) and ends in 1-5 numbers (1, 126, 76, 1237) but some occasionally give themselves nicknames (Khax, Brackolin, Spralaj)
I'm quite interested in this race, and I might just make it. Although, I'm having a bit of trouble visualizing what these guys would look like. Any way you can get an image or drawing of them?
