The Avian are South American. Their design and outfits are based off of Aztec, Incan, and Peruvian natives.

Where did weird walking come from? Roo armor increases jump length, because jump height was already taken by the Apex. Also, extra storage space is provided by human armor. We did consider it, but didn't want to cross into the territory of other armor bonuses. Besides, it wouldn't make sense if it had something to do with pouches, as only female Roos have them.
Keep in mind chuckle also said they disliked the human mod so they will probly change it, and I apologise the thread can a tad confusing when talking about walking and jump/walk mods
Yeah, they have considered changing it, but also note that extra storage space is quite useful at the same time. And don't sweat it, I remember what it was you were referring to now. But as I said, it was just an idea, and it hasn't been added to the suggestion.
I gotta say, as a child the face of a Roo always scared me to death. Still does. Mock-up of what I see compared to you. DO YOU UNDERSTAND Neeugh But yeah, that's just me. Anyway, in all seriousness, fantastic post, great idea, loads of details and executed perfectly. Obvious that loads of time was put into this and I certainly commend you for it.
