Wow! This is my favorite race so far! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDED!

Just got a video game boner. 10/10 would play again.

 

Suika, has this race died?
have you given up?
what are you planing to do if the race isn't added?
will you add it yourself?
if you don't, can I add just my character as a mod?
this isn't meant to be mean in anyway, just asking questions.

I'm sorry. The suggestion is dead the moment I got a notice.

But not because of what you think.
The Anodynes ARE a part of the Novakid addition, hence why I stopped updating, because there's literally no point.

It's just... people don't know that.

 

so will I get to play as my character as a novakid?

 

Maybe Novakids are playable and Anodynes are a group that split off from them and are now NPCs?

 

The plan was to merge both races. It didn't work out.

 

aw man that really sucks....I really liked this race...well I can always add just my character into the game...

Yet you were (a part of) the reason the novakid was born.
And you helped bietol with his idea (as far as I understood)
So I figured you also deserved a gratz

I'm really grouchy right now. However I'm going to make it clear; I had nothing to do with Bietol's Novakids, nor did I help, or provided help to him with his idea. I had nothing to do with it getting it in the game either.

What you see in the preorder as a 'Novakid' isn't supposedly 100% Bietol's Novakid. It was supposedly a portion of mine and bietol's suggestions combined. [I honestly wished they changed the name as well, as to compliment the Anodynes at the very least]


Congratulating me for something that isn't recognizable as mine is something that really hurts, I'm sorry, but it just does.

I did not mean to insult or anything.
I do not know how involved bietol is. But perhaps you could ask him to do the whole name change thing?
I can't tell if the developers would agree though.

That Art of this Race Aspect for me It's better than the Announced New One.

 

I can understand.
It's like if someone went and made a race of eel people in specialized suits.
Then Tiy went and made a race out of them.

Even if the person told me that he was directly inspired by me, it wouldn't be even partially my creation.
An idea isn't a race, and it belongs to no one.

I'm sorry, Suika. Best of luck to getting your other races recognised.
