Matter Manipulator Won't Use Precision Feature

    For some reason, despite checking all keybindings and having used this for a while now on several characters frequently, the matter manipulator has recently stopped going to the single-block targeting when I hold down LShift. I have a few mods installed, the biggest being Frackin' Universe. Anyone know what's up?
