Matter Manipulator Scanner/ Vehicle placer outline not appearing.

Hello I was playing starbound and I remember playing normally and then i say after a hour or two the outlines of the scanner and the vehicle placer wasn't appearing and I want to know if there is a way i can fix it?
(And btw other characters work fine just my main has issues seeing the scanner and vehicle placer outline)
