Bug/Issue Marnie Cave Carrot Quest - Game Crashing

I am currently having and issue where I am given the quest from Marni to provide her a cave carrot. However the game crashes whenever I enter her house and the cut scene starts. The scene plays for about 5-6 seconds before the game crashes and exits. I do not have any mods, however one friend who has joined me in multiplayer does. The game still crashed when I tried it on my own.

I have attached the three crash logs. Maybe someone is able to shed some light on what is happening?

I also got this problem. I was playing in german and switched the game to english. With other crashes it would helped but everytime I try the cutsceen with Marnie the game stops and exit by its own,

Wow I've been having this exact same issue and I thought I was just going insane... For me, my guy walks in, looks to the right as if he were dropping something, and then just freezes requiring a force close;; Hopefully a fix or some sorta help will come up soon.

 

I have the same bug happening in multiplayer with the same crash report.

 

As this has been causing problems for many people, and is unlikely to be fixed before Monday, I've fixed the files myself.
In your game install folder, go to Content\Data\Events and unzip these files (or just the one relevant to your language) there. There should be files there already with these names - overwrite those.
When the official fix is released, it should overwrite these files again.
