Modding Help Mariner dialogue?

I'm wanting to create a mod that changes the dialogue you get from the old mariner on the beach but I can't find the files for the mariner anywhere! All I can find is his sprite. Does anyone know where his dialogue is???

 

They are in Strings\Locations.xnb and all the keys start with "Beach_Mariner_"
