Resolved Manipulator Upgrades Not Working in Starbound 1.2.2

I Can't seem to be able to upgrade my matter manipulator at all. I have the manipulator modules necessary but the enable button can't be clicked. I already tried to create a new save, delete all my old saves, uninstall the game, verify game filed, and even deleted my .config. I have windows 10 and have Radeon R5. I have the steam version of starbound.

note: at least hundreds of gamers on this game and others r complaining about how the creators update broke all their games. do u hav the creators update?

 

Not sure what that means. I Play on Stable 1.2.2.

 

the Windows 10 Creators Update. do u hav the favorite image login option for windows?

 

Oh that yes i do have the creators update, but i had not had any problems 'till today. But maybe it is that.

I believe it was last night. Indeed it was.

 

well, the update might hav broke it 4 u. I only downloaded the Creators Update yesterday ("today" in the conversation) and i haven't had a chance to check how it affects me bc b4 i downloaded the update i've had mod related crashes, and those crashes might still b there if i were to try with the Creators Update, so i can't pin it to that yet

 

I just uninstalled the update but my matter manipulator still doesn't work.

 

I had unlocked all the manipulator upgrades.

 

I had to erase my old player because of a planet loading error so is it O.K. if i send a new one?
