Bug/Issue manipulator mods not working

• What happened? Matter Manipulator upgrades have vanished, and are no longer functional.
  
• What were you doing in the game at the time? Logged back into game after carrying out multiple MM upgrades the previous night. Upgrades applied on all functions - last upgrade applied = Wire Tool.
  
• Whether you were able to trigger the bug again by repeating what you did. Problem persists. /admin commands attempted, but no resolution achieved.
  
• Your operating system name and version. Windows 10 64 bit V 1709 OS Build 16299.125
  
• Are you using any mods? If so, which ones?.frackin universe, enhanced beginning, improved food descriptions, manufacturers touch, oneforone
  
• Whether you're in full screen or windowed mode. Full screen.

 

Possibly related - Similar problem - Adding to thread instead of making new.

• What happened? ----- Cannot upgrade Matter manipulator even though I have plenty of modules. Previous bugs reported used modules - mine does not use modules, simply will not unlock even with modules in inventory.
  
• What were you doing in the game at the time? -----Normal stuff - havent been able to unlock them at all. Even uninstalled and reinstalled with backed up Storage folder.
  
• Where you able to trigger the bug again by repeating what you did?----- Nothing to repeat - it simply will not unlock despite progression.
  
• Your operating system name and version. ----- Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.1
  
• Are you using any mods? If so, which ones? -------- No mods. Not playing unstable - playing official.
  
• Whether you're in full screen or windowed mode. Windowed
