My suggestion would be to be able to change the keys. Personally I find the controls hard to use, and I would like to change them. There is no current way to change the keys so I would like if the developers would add change - able keys and controls. Thanks!
I agree. I'm left handed and using the arrow keys for movement is what i'm used too. wasd is so hard for me, and as a left handed gamer, most games with wasd keys i don't play it much. I just bought the game and i love it, but what a bummer the wasd keys are. Controls would be 100% PERFECT if i could change wasd to upleftrightdown. So i say that i agree with this.
No prob. I literally just bought the game and i was like....I CAN't MOVE...."presses wasd to test"...aw damnit! So i hope this is actually implemented.
Doesn't necessarily mean for the next version, but in some more or less close future I guess. Of course, the next version would be lovely. http://playstarbound.com/the-future-of-starbound/ I'm also waiting patiently on this particular update so I can play decently - WASD on an AZERTY layout is quite painful (imagine using ZQSD on a QWERTY layout, where Z is Up, Q is left...).
