ever accidental clicked three times without thinking and deleted something that you didn't want lost? I propose that there be a simple puzzle to delete your old characters incorporated into your delete character popup. or you could ignore the idea, and just have a delay timer before, like a youtube advertisement, before you are able to click the delete button. Edit: oops, pressed enter and it created the thread. the question is broken, its missing the third options to include a puzzle to solve before deletion
but... but.... what if i can't solve the simple puzzle... i will never be able to delete the ugly looking human i once made... some games have a system where you type in the characters name to delete them, maybe that would work better than a puzzle, just in case some person can't solve a 1+1 sort of puzzle and no... i have never accidentally clicked three times without thinking... on a character select screen anyway... damn pop ups...
Never fear! A moderator is here! But yeah, I dunno about a puzzle. Maybe just a prompt that pops up for confirmation. Anything more seems a tad unnecessary.
Add a dozen "Are you sure?" Prompts. Then add a sad animation of your character getting deleted. (Like the opposite of the revive animations)
