NPC Make Crewmates, NPC humanoids, and enemy humanoids use the secondary attacks of Two-Handed weapons

It's relatively simple.

Every two handed weapon has a special attack you can execute with right click.
Players can execute them freely so long as you have the energy.

However, no humanoids in the game can execute these special attacks. They also spawn with these weapons too and they tend to be the same RNG weapons that you can find randomly in the wild too.

While I'm at it, I also wanna ask the experienced modders if this is possible at all?
