Yep 100 percent, just waiting for the guy to fix a bug, at least on his page he says that there is a bug with teleportation.

Hmmm I will download all the mods again, and see if maybe I missed the update. But the server has been up for awhile, with no crashes so I am not sure why your saying you can't join. It has to be I missed the updates I guess. Before I do it on my personal computer, I will just redownload them all on the dedicated server, and see if I can connect still. That will figure out if it was a update.

Yep that was the problem, sorry about that guys. I must of missed one of the updates. I usally go by the alerts on when it gets updated, I must of missed it, when I was responding to messages.

Alright I am downloading Frackin, and frackin music, when it is done downloading on my slow internet pc I will download it on the server and put it in. Looks like he updated alot today.

K I am adding Frackin and frackin music. Damn the server is such a tease, it took me 40 mins to download frackin music on my pc, and 10 seconds on the server haha.

Yep the new music works, and frackins resources, and business cards work, even works with the new AI telling you about the resources

 

i'm going to download a clean game then change then name and use that to play on the server so crap don't derp on me and lock me out.

 

That would work, since thankfully they didn't require steam to be open to run starbound, so you would have bunch of of starbound folders for each game you play, and launch them from each folder.

 

i blame chucklefish for not adding a mod manager when them and steam opened starbound workshop

Actualy never mind, if I upload that, I am sure some one will throw a fit about something. Because it would literally be giving out starbound for free, but what I will do is upload the mod folder.

K its uploading, it can only do 10mbs so it may take a few mins, I will post when it is done, and the server is back up.

I also want to add don't download this, unless you are going to join the server, I am not redistributing these peoples mods. None of the work in there is mine, and all the rights are to the original creators which there are links to in the first post. I am only doing it to try and help people join, because it seems no one can and I dono why.

 

anyone have a fix to the mismatched assets error?

if not, maybe just allow mismatched assets

Nope I am not gonna allow mismatched assets, because when I did, within 4 hours 2 people crashed the server.

I also recommend making a new character. If your old character has something on it, that doesn't match the server, it wont let you in.

K its back up with the some of the mods you showed me, I didn't pick all cause some were out of date, and others wouldn't of worked with frackin in my judgement. I didn't want to put the causal food system in, because some people dislike having to eat. I also re uploaded the mod folder with the newer mods.

 

thats odd cause i tested if they would all run together and they did but it's not my server

 

I am sure they prolly all would of worked, but I didn't want all of them. I added the ones I thought would fit, sorry about that.

So for any one who just downloaded the 700 mb thing, i will update that too, but all your really have to do is download the frackin update.

 

does frackin have a uncrafter cause that would be good for getting rid of junk weapons and getting some mats out of it ill see you in game after i server is updated.

 

I am un sure on the uncrafter, I didn't put it in because it would make it so you never have to go get resources, and I didnt want that. It is back up though.

K it is back up seems to be working fine.

 

I just downloaded the modpack and put it in, launched starbound, now it's telling me I have mismatched assets?
