Main planet structures extremely rare?

Well, I wiped everything. I managed to find a USMC penal colony this morning but on nearly every planet I visited there are still many little structures and no big ones. Except for that penal colony. I'l continue to search, guess it was just bad luck.

 

How do you make a wipe? I have also reacted to the fact that all planets seem less inhabited now, and that gives a lonely feeling.

 

Delete your character and universe data files from the Starbound folder.
I did so before updating to Angry Koala.

First I spawned in an Asteroid field. Not a good place to spawn in.

So I deleted my files again, and what do you know, I spawned right into an Apex Thought Reassignment building.

 

All has become like before the udpates.
