Okay, so first of all, here's a link to my Magnetic Blocks thread, it's kind of necessary to read that first. Second of all, Magnetic Boots! These would, of course, be an equipable item that let you walk up walls and on the ceiling of Magnetic Blocks. This would allow you to construct pretty amazing houses, such as upside down houses, if you have the option to place items on the ceiling rather than the floor. I think that fixtures, at least, should have this option. You could live upside down! Who else thinks that this would be an awesome addition to Starbound? Feedback!
Robin strikes again, maybe while you're at it add a robin suit when you touch it >__> No, but really this could be a good idea, but not to be a downer or anything but someone did ask for suction cups and Tiy said no (I think).
Maybe it was just because Suction Cups weren't Futuristic enough? Plus, you'll note that the Magnet Boots don't work on ANY surface, only specifically magnetic ones. I think that Tiy didn't want Suction Cups because being able to walk up ANY wall would have been too powerful. With Magnet Boots, you'd have to lay down the magnetic blocks yourself, or else they would only work when mining the Magnetic Ores. I don't really know though, just saying.
