I see a lot of blocks that are only available as loot from dungeons when they could very easily be made at their tech level. Thatch and Metal Bars, as well as Stone and Copper Platforms. The copper Platforms go gorgeously with the rust set, but I can't use them because I can't find any more than the 9 I had in a chest from an unknown dungeon. Will these ever get crafting recipes?
Maybe its unprintablee, but furnitures do. i hope it would be craftable by way like Builder merchant : sell block that you use as their home. Block scanner : work on dungeons block only.
The current unstable build (coming to stable after bug testing is complete) has copper platform crafting, as well as other new blocks and platforms and even furniture added to our crafting lists. Not to mention the new player-owned NPC merchants and the Frogg Furnishing store at the outpost as potential sources of furniture/blocks/etc. While I can't for sure yet say if race specific blocks are coming to stable soon, I can say that many metal-based craftables are coming our way. There's a LOT you can do with each type of metal now. Unsure if there is diamond furniture, but one can hope.
I actually posted a suggestion for "craftsmen NPC" who could basically be a "crafting tablet" NPC character allowing us to craft racial-themed(and others) constructions using raw ressources(like a crafting table) instead of pixels. Personally I feel it would be a way of adding yet more use to NPCs(while keeping our own recipes list free from too much recipes-cluttering) while also answering this kind of needs for crafting or printing our own themed blocks.
